The only difference being that my server is Win7 x64 SP1 and the client is Win10 x64.
I also have a Nvidia graphics card as per the other forum post so have their Audio device installed although it’s not something I use as sound is pushed through the Realtek 5.1 outputs for local audio.
I’m wondering if the issue relates to either one of those things – Nvidia audio device or the fact that the default config for output is 5.1, rather than stereo, which seems to be the only config the NoMachine audio device accepts.
PS. Fully up-to-date NoMachine on both sides.

We’ve been unable to reproduce this. Can we send you a debug package for you to install? You will need to gather the logs (we’ll provide instructions).
