When trying to connect first message is “Cannot detect any display running. Do you want NoMachine to create a new display and proceed to connect to the desktop?”

When connected “Could not update ICEauthority file /run/user/1000/ICEauthority”

It seems to be a problem of permissions on the /run/user/1000 directory?

Yes,

1) Why NoMachine started to use this folder for creation of virtual screen and worked earlier without it?

2) Is there some documentation of tuning files and folders  as “/run/user/1000/ICEauthority”,  “/run/user/1000/” that are not existent to be sure that the tuning process is finished?

NoMachine does not change permissions on the system. It is likely there were sudo operations on user account, for this reason you found yourself having to reset permissions. Check with the Ubuntu documentation about fine tuning your files and folders in your Ubuntu OS.
