Error 60 : Operation timed out (Raspberry-Debian)

Hi ,

I write in this forum to try resolve an incident .

I’m using NoMachine in a Raspberry Pi 2 and a laptop with Debian Jessie. Both platforms have the same version of NoMachine (5.1.7 ).

I set up the server (raspberry pi) and the client ( Debian) and I do not found any problems to connect in my house. I can say that this connection is not local, it’s through the router. I set up the TCP on server / client and I have opened this port in my router. Also, I connect to the server with the internet of my mobile to ensure a global ( Internet ) connection. No problems …

But, when i try to connect outside of my house, I can’t .It’s impossible for me, and the screen of NoMachine shows me “Error 60 : Operation timed out”.

Any suggestion to resolve this incident ?

Can you look through this topic https://www.nomachine.com/forums/topic/error-138-cant-connect-to-office-computer-from-home and verify that you haven’t this same problem?
