Error is 108: Connection reset by peer

Hello!

I installed free version of NoMachine to headless Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS server with LXQT.
And connected several times to it without any problems from Windows 11 workstation.

But then it stopped to work. On each connection attempt I’m getting Error 108.
Tried to update both client and server to latest versions (8.15.3).
Updates succeeded, but the problem still persists.

Have no idea what may happen.

Checked logs and found only these strings that may look more or less suspicious:

ServerPhysicalSession/ServerGetSystemdSessionForDisplay: Systemd session not found for display ‘1001’.
ServerPhysicalSession/ServerGetDbusSessionForDisplay: DBus session not found for display ‘1001’.

I needed urgent solution so I completely removed NoMachine, then installed it again and created new user for it.

Now all works properly, but all logs are now lost. Sorry.

If this situation repeats, I’ll create logs.
