Error: No protocol found for IP communication.

We are getting the following error on Windows 7 x64 with NX 5.1.44 free version.

With the error, the NX service keeps being set to stop.
This is on a Windows 7 64-bit machine running NX 5.1.44_1. Doesn’t seem to matter which port we are using. What does this error mean?
