Error: Session agent timeout: ‘Initial’ since too much time

I upgraded the VM NX server from v 3.5 to v 4, and now I am having problem connecting from my local (which is also v 4) to the VM.

This is what I get from the client side:
“The session negotiation failed.

Error: Session agent timeout: session is in status: ‘Initial’ since too much time .
I have attached the log from server side to this post. Does anyone know what does the error mean and how to resolve the problem?

Can you attach or send us the following logs after enabling debug?  To enable debug and collect the most amount of information you can use the instructions here:

I am just updating this so the thread is not lost. We received the logs, but it would be useful to look at the .nx directory from the user’s home on the server side.
