Faulting module: libnxdb.dll

Hello,

I have the next issue: I can not connect with NoMachine to the remote laptop without restarting nxservice occasionally.

Apart from that when the nxservice gets restarted or when I connect with NoMachine to the remote laptop, the nxservice error occurs in the event log with the Faulting module: libnxdb.dll

NoMachine was reinstalled as a part of troubleshooting.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve it?
