Dear community,
I could not find an answer to my problem through the search function and google, so I hope somebody here can help me to overcome this.
I logged myself from my desktop PC onto a central data storage computer but forgot to disconnect properly. Now I cannot log onto the data storage computer again, I think due to my maybe still running session? Is there a possibility to disconnect or readopt my improper disconnected session via the desktop PC I used to log in?
Or do I have to ask someone with admin rights for the Storage PC to kick me?
Sorry for the improper English.
We use the free version of NoMachine on both machines
I am not sure whether I am connecting to a physical or virtual display. There does a physical display exist on the computer, but I only wanted to get some data.
The local computer uses Win 7, I am not sure, which Linux the remote PC uses, could/should be an ubuntu distribution.
Thanks in advance
Gerd
