just wanted to know If it is possible to access a Windows 10 home edition PC using free NoMachine and a VNC viewer on an iphone.

Hi, to access your remote Windows (on which you must have installed NoMachine) you will also need NoMachine on the iPhone. At the moment, NoMachine for iOS is only available for iPads, but an optimized version for the iPhone is going to be released very soon.
