    Hello @all,
at first, sorry for my spelling i’m native German speaker. The Problem. I installed the NoMachine free version on a Windows 2012 R2 Server . When I click on the Gateway-Port checkbox, the port can’t be enabled. At the router the portnumber 29734 has forwarding to the port 4000 on the Server Machine (ip: 192.168.1.xxx).

In the Firewall from the server, the software has multiple (node, server, entries, player, client, display Monitor) in the incoming rules.

How can I solve my problem to get access over the internet?

    Regards
    Thomas

    (router is Lancom 833 VoIP)

    Hi.

Did you try connecting there over the internet? If you forwarded port 29734 you should be able to connect to your Windows Server 2012 by using the Public IP (you can find Public IP on that machine for example on https://www.whatismyip.com) and Port 29734.

More information about using NoMachine for remote access to a computer over the internet you can find there: https://www.nomachine.com/getting-started-with-nomachine.
