I’m running NoMachine player v9.2.18_1_x64 on a new HP w11 laptop.

When I connect to a NM server, it all works.

If I shutdown the NM server , the player shows a screen saying the connection was disconnected.

How can I stop that screen from showing…

(Better yet, I”d like the NM player to close too when the server is terminated on the target PC)

I don’t have the disconnect screen on an older w10 laptop running player version 6.4.6_5

If there is any documentation on this, I can’t find it, got any links?

You can modify the shortcut starting the Player by adding the option --exit-always to the command line. However, when doing so, the Player can still try to reconnect to the server if there is an unexpected error. If you want to avoid it by just terminating the Player as soon as any errors occur, change the key “Automatically reconnect to the server” to false in the file %USERPROFILE%\.nx\config\player.cfg.
