Iphone under Windows 11 / macOS 14 redirect issue

macOs 14.2.1

NoMachine Mac 8.10.1

Windows 11

NoMachine Windows 8.10.1

iPhone with ios 17

I’m trying to use usb redirection of an iPhone connected to my windows laptop to my mac running in the cloud with the above versions. I recently upgraded to macOS 14 and since then, the passthrough doesn’t work anymore. Nothing else changed. It used to work under macos 13.

When I try to connect the iphone using the NoMachine client, a red ! appears and it says the device could not connect.

I’m happy to provide logs to the support team if needed.

Hi,

It is a known issue on NoMachine 8.10.1 for macOS 14 (on Intel processors only) and the fix will be available in the next release.

For now, to fix the issue you could run this command in macOS terminal.
sudo sed -i '' "s/== 12./== 14./g" /Applications/NoMachine.app/Contents/Frameworks/scripts/restricted/nxusb.sh
