ParticipantHi, I have been using NoMachine for a few weeks without problems now, but lately, when I try to connect remotely to my computer, I get the issue : “Session negotiation failed”, but I am still using the same computers on both ends, and there has been no major updates.
When I looked into the connection journal, I got the following issue :

Info: Connection to 10.96.185.139 port 4000 closed at 09:37:11 605.405.
I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling NoMachine on the remote machine. I also made sure that the remote machine was up and running. Could you help me resolve this ?

KeymasterHi, you should update to the latest version both sides. It would be useful to know OS details both sides, and whether you are connecting to the physical display or a virtual display. Logs from both the player and the server would be useful. You can extract them using the instructions here: https://kb.nomachine.com/DT08U00298
Send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com. Please use the title of this topic as the subject of your email. Thanks!
