    I’m using NoMachine on Windows 7. I’ve just installed Kaspersky Endpoint Security on the PC. The problem I’m experiencing is that when I connect to the PC via NoMachine, I’m unable to move or control the Kaspersky windows / dialogs. The software doesn’t respond to mouse clicks or keyboard. Has anyone else experienced this kind of problem and is there a fix.

    Thanks for any help.

    From the Kaspersky website: when establishing a connection using remote control applications, you will not be able to access the graphic user interface (GUI) of Kaspersky Endpoint Security. The GUI does not react to mouse pointer events.

    We’re investigating how to successfully add NoMachine to Kaspersky’s trusted zone.

    For the time being it is possible to disable self-secure option in Kaspersky GUI.
    Settings -> Additional -> Self-secure -> Disable self-secure -> OK
