Keyboard arrows do not work on iPadOS

Hello everyone,

I have tried to remotely access to my macbook with my iPad (v.16.1) with a bluetooth keyboard. All my keys work normally while I used them on my iPad, however on NoMachine app arrow and cmd, ctrl, alt buttons are not recognized.

My keyboard is not an official Apple keyboard but as it works on my iPad I think it’s not a problem here.

Do you have any idea about this problem ? Or is it a known issue for iPad users ?

NoMachine version on iPad OS : 6.1.9

NoMachine version on macOSs (server) : 8.2.3

Hi, can you tell us the iPad keyboard language and also the remote desktop keyboard layout?

Hello !

My iPad keyboard is in french (azerty) like the remote desktop. I also changed the keyboard connected to my iPad with another one from another brand (with same language and setup) but nothing changes.

Hi Nedss, have you updated the iOS app to the latest version that we released recently? Is the problem still there?

If so, can you tell us the external keyboard you are using? macOS version on the server side would also be useful to allow us to try and reproduce.
