    Hi all,

I just installed NoMachine (server side) on a iMac, but no input is accepted by keyboard or mouse.

    OSX version : 10.14.1 (Mojave)

    NoMachine version: 6.3.6

I tried both with the “Require permission to let remote users interact with desktop” enable and disabled, but no help. Only screen updates, mouse and keyboard are not working.

With the same NoMachine client (also 6.3.6, but running in Win10) I can connect to another Mac without any trouble, but that Mac is running a lower OSX version (10.11). Is there any issue with OSX 10.14.1 and the current version of NoMachine?

And if not, how can I troubleshoot this the best?

    Regards, Jan

    Hi.

This is because macOS Mojave has in introduced a further layer of checks which require apps to get user’s approval before controlling the Mac from remote or accessing microphone and camera. Please refer to article “how to use with NoMachine on Mac Mojave”: https://www.nomachine.com/AR10P01001.
