Local display not refreshing

I’ve installed the latest free NoMachine v4 on three PCs running Windows 7. Two work fine. But connecting to the 3rd PC only shows a “static” image of the remote desktop. The mouse pointer on the local display changes image depending on where I position it in relation to open windows. So some information seems to come back. I can actually move windows around on the remote display from my local display, but the change is not updated on my local display.

The remote desktop is extended over two screens. Can it have anything to do with maximum screen size? Any ideas?

It looks like a known problem.

Can you please try the attached library:

1) Open NoMachine Service program, click on “Sever running” and then on “Exit” to shutdown the NoMachine server.

2) Rename the original libnxdimi.dll file in  your “C:\Program Files\NoMachine\bin” directory and substitute with the attached one.

3) Open NoMachine Service program again and restart the server.
