Hi,
We are encountering a peculiar issue with NoMachine on an Ubuntu 22.04 system running NoMachine 8.15.3-1 (free version).
The NoMachine connection works perfectly; however, when the remote user disconnects, the local screen does not return to normal. Instead, it remains in the “blank screen” state that NoMachine sets. This behavior persists even after the NoMachine service is stopped. The only way to regain the local screen is by restarting the local session manager (lxdm) or rebooting the system.
The remote client is a Windows system using the latest NoMachine client (8.15).
The desktop environment on the Ubuntu 22.04 system is MATE.
Does anyone have ideas on how to resolve this issue?
