Hi all,
My mac is on the local network sitting next to my linux box. I used to be able to connect but lately I am seeing issue. The error says something to the like of cannot find route to host. (However, I can successfully ssh into it).
Upon openning the connection log, it seems to say that the client cannont open a TCP connection. (protocol ‘TCP’ failed’)
mac is running Sequoia 15.1 ; Linux is running on Ubuntu.
Help appreciated.
version 8.13.1.

September 27, 2024 at 19:47 #49824BritgirlKeymasterHi kcat, this is a known issue with the latest update of macOS. We are currently working on a fix which will be released next week. In the meantime, you can read more about the problem here: https://kb.nomachine.com/TR09V11212.
Possible workarounds for macOS 15/Sequoia:
1) try re-logging in (logout-login on local), then connect again via NoMachine.
2) or launch the NoMachine client from a terminal:
/Applications/NoMachine.app/Contents/MacOS/nxplayer
September 28, 2024 at 07:49 #49830lesjenParticipantI have exact the same problem trying to connect to a Windows PC from my Mac. I’ve used NoMachine for at least 6 months and it has always worked. from Terminal I get: nc -v 172.17.0.130 4000
Connection to 172.17.0.130 port 4000 [tcp/terabase] succeeded!
I have upgraded MacOS to Sequoia 15.0 since I last used NoMachine. I’ve looked in firewall settings but I cannot see that I need to change anything.
Launching from Terminal works????
Thanks
