Manually configure IP used when server advertises itself?

I was unable to connect to a server I had setup on Windows 10 and I finally figured out why.  It was advertising itself using an IP address from a VirtualBox virtual host-only network adapter instead of the real external adapter.

I realize I can connect manually specifying the right IP now, but for ease of use I’d like to be able to have clients just select from the auto-discovered servers.

So is there a way to configure the server to use either a specific network interface or to expose a specific IP address?
