Mjpeg not supported in free version?

Hi,

I installed the latest free version (5.0.63.1) on Ubuntu 14.04 and configured node.cfg to use MJPEG then restarted nxserver, but the client still reports VP8 and it certainly looks it’s still using VP8. I changed the following in nodecfg:

DisplayServerVideoCodec mjpeg
DisplayServerVideoFrameRate 30
DisplayServerUseVideoFrameRate 1
`

Is MJPEG supported in the free version?

Hi,

you might be missing to set ‘EnableDisplayServerVideoCodec 1’. Also restarting the server (‘/usr/NX/bin/nxserver –restart’) could be necessary. However you can use the graphical interface to do those settings:

Click on the NoMachine tray icon -> Show the server status -> Server preferences -> Performance tab
