Mouse curser stuck in remote window

I have just started using NoMachine and am having a small problem. I have set up a remote connection and am able to access it as expected. However, once I am connected, I am unable to move my mouse cursor outside the NoMachine remote connection window. The only way to return to other applications running on the home machine is to start task manager and kill NoMachine.

Any ideas about what I might be doing wrong? I have tried adjusting the settings for display resolution and input, but this has no effect. I am on windows 7. My remote machine is running windows server 2008.

Uncheck “Grab the keyboard input” in the NoMachine menu. By the way, when mouse is grabbed you can switch to other windows using “alt+tab” shourtcut.
