    I installed NoMachine Enterprise Desktop version 9.1.24 in a Windows 7 Ultimate with settings to ask for connection confirmation.

    When accepting (at server) the connection request (as view-only or as remote control), I get a negotiation error message.  I attach a .zip file with logs.

    How is this problems solved?

    Hi, are you able to send us the server-side logs so we can check them? You can extract them using the instructions here: https://kb.nomachine.com/DT08U00298#1.1. On the server machine you are connecting to set the log level to 7, reproduce and then “take logs”,
