No available sessions on this server

I recently updated my system on the server side (running Ubuntu 12.04) and then move to NoMachine 4.3.23_7). I’m using the “Free” version. The new NX server is now running. I also updated on the client side (1 MacBook Pro and 1 Win7 PC). Since this update, no client is able to connect to the server. I got “No available sessions on this server”

I tried NX and SSH protocols, both give me this error. I can connect to my server with a regular ssh, I can transfert data, export X11, but NX is not able to run correctly since the update to 4.x release. Did I miss something that is specific on the 4.x versions?

FYI: GNOME is running on the server side.

Hi,

none of the posts you cited offer a solution to my problem. Rules in exporting the display have changed in release 4.x and the Linux server does not like that for some reasons. Currently NoMachine is no more usable and you do not have any solution/workaround?

First try updating to the latest version and report back (you are using 4.3.23, and we just released 4.3.24). If the problem is still there, I suggest you extract the logs and submit them to us via issues[at]nomachine[dot]com.
