    Hi all!

    We’re running a MacMini with no monitor attached. We need this machine rarely so we decided to put it aside and connect to it via NoMachine.

    It works well despite one problem:

    The Mac has no monitor attached so MacOS X Catalina decides to set the max resolution to 1280×1024. No matter what I set up in the clients display settings.

    Is there any way to have NoMachine server on the Mac simulating a monitor with a higher resolution?

    All client side settings resulted in no solution.

    we have an experimental feature for adding the possibility to use non standard resolutions on MacOS. If you are interested in trying out a test package with that feature please contact us at forums[at]nomachine[dot]com
