No QWERTY keyboard

    Hi guys,

    I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5″ (SM-T800).

    When I connect to any device I cant get the QWERTY keyboard up to login or input any alphanumeric characters.

    When I do the 3 finger tap all I get is a row of particular buttons across the bottom of the screen:

    Shift Ctrl Alt Super Del Esc Tab and so on…

    How do I get the normal on screen keyboard to work so i can log in?

    Hi.
    Can you please give us more information:

    – What’s your Android version?
    – Are you using a custom keyboard?
