NoMachine 7.5.2 – Mac to Mac – display error

Hello,

Trying to access to a MacOS BigSur desktop over NoMachine from a BigSur client. Using version 7.5.2, creates this gibberish display. Connecting over SharedScreen works flawless.

Changed all screen display options to no result.

Any help would be useful, thanks,

Did you allow screen recording in the permissions list? If you tried to, did you see that NoMachine was already enabled? If yes, please uncheck and check again that checkbox.

Can you let us know the screen resolution so that we can try to reproduce it? Thanks!

We will need some additional information and server-side logs.
Is your machine headless?
Can you please send us the resolution list (from the system settings) and server-side logs? This article explains how to collect logs: https://knowledgebase.nomachine.com/DT11R00181
