When will Android be updated and where can I download older Linux packages in meantime?
March 26, 2026, NoMachine released Server 9.4.14. It introduced a mandatory TokenExpiryTimeout for reconnection tokens.
​The Conflict: Your tablet is on the 9.0.186 client (the “newest” Android can handle). This 2025 app cannot generate or store the 2026 server’s reconnection token.
​The Result: The moment your reading network has a 1ms jitter, the server asks for a token your tablet doesn’t have. Instead of reconnecting, the server views you as a security risk and sends the 999 Bye command.

All our compatibility tests passed correctly, so whatever your problem is we’ll need a bit more info, like the exact error you’re getting.
About the analysis made by that generative AI, there is a wrong assumption: the improvement regarding the reconnection token just gives more flexibility to server administrators, it has no security implications and can be safely ignored by clients.
