I have seen similar post here: https://www.nomachine.com/forums/forums/topic/disconnected-immediately-after-connection-established which was closed as the bug was reported to be fixed, but I am having the same issue with the latest version and I hope to get some help here.

I am running NXSERVER 3.5.0-9 EE on my Linux machine and I am trying to SSH connect to it from my mac that runs NoMachine 4.0.369 (the latest). As soon as I hit continue after selecting the virtual GNOME desktop session the client just disappears from my mac screen. I tried to connect to my linux machine using coworker’s computer and was successful. I also tried to install the same 4.0.369 version on my linux and this time the server initially said “successfully connected” and then a second later it said “disconnected” and the client crashed again.

I attached all of the client side logs from ../NoMachine/var/log directory.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!!

    Hi,

Our developers will be interested in investigating the issue when connecting from version 4 to version 4. It might be an idea to submit your logs to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com making sure you reference the forum post if they are too heavy attach here.

This forum is for dealing with features and problems of version 4. This includes client and server and excludes compatibility problems with older versions, that are managed by our support channel. Any questions about 3.5.0, you can either submit a bug report here: https://www.nomachine.com/report-issues, or contact us via the website at Contact us below.
