NoMachine Error 108 when trying to connect

Hi, sorry because my English is so bad. I have an error 108 when I try to connect to my raspberry pi 4 with ubuntu 21.04, and the connection does not start.

Can u help me, please?

Error 108 usually means that something forced the connection to shut down.
