    Hi guys,

I just discovered NoMachine and pretty excited about it, in particular because you guys seem to take Linux on ARM pretty seriously. Also you seem to take seriously the idea of being able to host any OS (mac/win/linux) instead of having a more typical “host windows, client mac/win/linux, x86 only” (thinking of Parsec in particular here).

Anyways, I would like to ask you guys if you would consider building rpm/deb/targz’s for PowerPC 64 LE (ppc64le) Linux? I run a couple of Talos Blackbird systems and it would be pretty awesome if I could access those using NoMachine.

Anyways, much kind regards. Not sure if you guys are an open-source outfit, if so I would not mind doing any packaging and testing work myself of course!

    Kind regards!

Unfortunately, we don’t have enough request for this platform to warrant adding it to our supported platforms. Our technology became closed source back in 2013, before that the compression technology was open source. If you look on Google, you’ll find that multiple open source “nxserver” projects were initiated by others that were compatible with our earlier clients.
