NoMachine keeps disconnecting

I use NM to transfer files between 2 machines connected over the internet. I can connect to Machine A just fine from Machine B or from a Laptop. My problem is that Machine B continuously connects and disconnects and I typically get a message that incoming connections are blocked when trying to connect to Machine B. Both are the same type of computer (iMacs). Any ideas?
