NoMachine Service doesn’t start on Windows 10

Hello.

I have NoMachine Service 7.6.2 on Windows 10. Server is not running by default and it doesn’t react on “Start the server” clicks. When I open “Ports” and start it there, service status changes to “Running” for short time and then turns back to “Stopped”.

I attached the logs. The following lines in nxservice.log look the most important to me:

10832 5328 10:07:25 392.322 nxserviceRunEventLoop: ERROR! Too many failures in session [0].
10832 5328 10:07:25 392.322 nxserviceRunEventLoop: checkNxserver failed.

Could anyone help me please?

Some log files appear to be missing. Please, reinstall NoMachine and if an issue persists gather server-side logs according to these instructions:

Send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com, referencing the topic in the email subject.
