I’ve got a NoMachine server running on my Windows 11 PC, which I connect to from my Manjaro laptop via a Wireguard tunnel. This works well for the most part, except that NoMachine has trouble separating my monitors. I have four monitors connected to my PC, but NoMachine only displays three of them, and it doesn’t seem to consider them as separate monitors; it shows them all on the same screen. There are no buttons in the NoMachine display menu to configure individual monitor settings, and the keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl + Alt + 1, 2, 3, …) don’t work either, so I’m thinking NoMachine just isn’t detecting the separate displays on my PC. Is there any way I can force it to recognize that my PC has multiple displays?

Hi, we are aware of an issue with multi-monitors not being detected in some cases. Are you able to send us the logs of the server side so we can check that it is the same issue? You can extract them using the instructions here: https://kb.nomachine.com/DT08U00298. Attach them here or send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com. Please use the title of this topic as the subject of your email. Thanks for your collaboration.
