All installed software is up to date, both NoMachine and OS. Trying to use the free software. Trying to connect Win11 to Linux (the same thing happens whether physical machine or virtual machine on the Linux end). When I connect, I get a white screen, which then drops the connection and retries. Logs are attached. I can go from Linux to Windows and Windows to Windows, but not Linux to Linux and not Windows to Linux. I’m very happy with Linux to Windows and Windows to Windows operations! Great stuff. It could be the already known issue here: https://kb.nomachine.com/TR05V11141. But we would like to check to make sure. Are you able to send us the logs from the server machine? You can extract them using the instructions here: https://kb.nomachine.com/DT07S00243. Send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com. Please use the title of this topic as the subject of your email. Hi, the logs need to be extracted from the server machine you are trying to connect to (they appear to be from the Player). The steps in the link I pasted need to be executed on that Linux host. Enable debug (steps 1-3) on the Linux server, go to your Windows machine (or another Linux), connect and reproduce the problem, gather the logs from the Linux host where you enabled debug.
Can you also tell us the desktop environment that is running on the problematic Linux host?
