Hello,
I am running nxclient 4.2.27 from pkg nomachine-enterprise-client_4.2.27_1_i386.deb.
It installed ok no errors or anything at all. when I start nxclient all I get is the help dialog. I tried adding nxclient to the PATH I tried nxclient –wizard no luck. I copied an exsisting nx 3.5 .nx directory over with the .nx/config/nxclient.cfg still I get nothing just the usage dialog. It says it can not find the display and no home dir was set.
specify the X11 display where the client must connect. The option is only usfeul on platforms where the client is using X-Window protocol for display.
so I do nxclient –display 0
and I get : Utility: WARNING! NX personal directory has not been set.
The nxclient.cfg should take care of all that. So why is it not working?
