Nxserver not showing ‘Connected’ users in History?

Hi,

We are running ‘nomachine-terminal-server-9.1.24-6.x86_64’ on RHEL 8 servers.

Previously when we used the nxserver --history command it would show users with a Connected or Finished status.

Recently we have noticed that nxserver --history no longer shows Connected status, and has changed to show Failed and Finished status.

Is this an expected change or a bug?

How do we get the display of Connected users back to manage termination of bad sessions?

Hi, all sessions with Connected status should still be showing, and we are not aware of issues with --history. Are you able to send us the logs with debug enabled? You can extract from the server machine using the instructions here: https://kb.nomachine.com/DT08U00298#1.1.
