Nxserver services are not turned off

So I turned off the server services on this laptop because this is just a client to access other devices. I don’t think your software knows how to turn off a service in Windows 10. Check out the attachment.

What version do you have installed, the latest one? What steps did you follow to disable and switch off the nxserver? Did you try with nxserver --shutdown run from a CMD console?

We tested on the fly just to be extra sure that there was no weird behaviour. Everything works correctly.

Latest. Did not try command line with switches, you have a GUI.

I did what the first link said, selected no and rebooted to find server still running.

When I get a chance I’ll fire up a vm and retry the GUI thing.

You didn’t get back to us on whether you were still encountering the issue with the server still running despite having turned it off via the GUI. If you are still encountering the problem with the latest version 6.12, please open a new topic.
