Problem connecting to RaspberryPi

Hi, I installed NoMachine in a RaspberryPi 5 with Ubuntu for RaspberryPi as operating system. But when I tried to open it in my Android Phone or my Linux laptop with Kubuntu, the screen stays white, tries to connect a few times and then a message appears saying: “Error is 104: Connection reset by peer”. I’ll attach the logs in this message. Thank you.
