Problem switching users on Windows XP

Good afternoon.

I am testing NoMachine software on Windows XP. The problem is that when switching the user (Start menu – Logout – Change user) several times, for example from Administrator to user and from user to administrator, this leads to the software freezing and no longer running as one of the users. Only reboot helps the PC. In fact, it freezes only on one of the users, while on the other everything works fine. But the meaning of this behavior leads to the fact that I cannot remotely connect to a PC and switch to another user’s account. Works correctly on Win 10. NoMachine free version.

Hi, There was no debug enabled unfortunately. In any case, we’ll take a closer look at the other errors that are showing. But if you can, it could be a good idea to try again: enable debug on the host you are connecting to, reproduce the problem and then gather the logs.
