Problem with the screen when connecting to Ubuntu server

Hi all 😀

I have a problem after upgrade my ubuntu server, so now, when i try connect to the server, cant do nothing into my screen , please, look this pic

 

So, i need to configure something in the server? or is problem about my client?

Can you confirm:

1) Ubuntu version

2) NoMachine client version and Windows version (e.g 7 ?)

3) NoMachine server version and product (the name of the package you downloaded will suffice)

The ubuntu version is 12.04 LTS the problem appears when i upgrade from 10.04 version and today when try to connect see the screen.

Cant see the version of NoMachine server now and i connect to the server with windows 7.

The version of the server is “NXSERVER – VErsion 3.5.0-9 – LFE”

I cant know the version of the package because i didn’t install in the server :

And the client version in my w7 is the lastest

Buscatrufas, you are using 3.5.0 server. The forums are dedicated entirely to version 4. Please submit your enquiry via the Contact Us in the footer of the website. The team will be able to tell you if they are aware of any issues using the legacy version on Ubuntu 12.04.
