It’s a rock 4d with Debian Bookworm installed. Nxserver is running successfully on 4000, I disabled gdm. But whenever I connect I face this screen.

“Oh No! Something has gone wrong! A problem has occurred and the system can’t recover.

Please log out and try again.”

I tried this for Arm: https://forum.nomachine.com/topic/error-creating-virtual-desktop

    but still no avail.

    Details:
    NoMachine – Version 9.3.7

    Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)

    Hello Arbit,
run the following command in the console:
    grep DefaultDesktopCommand /usr/NX/etc/node.cfg
and paste the results into the forum.

    Then run:
    grep ^Exec /usr/share/xsessions/*
Enter the result of this command into DefaultDesktopCommand in the file /usr/NX/etc/node.cfg ,
    for example something like this:
    DefaultDesktopCommand “/etc/X11/Xsession gnome-session”
Restart the system and try to connect.

    regards
    Tom
