    I’m running the latest version 7.8.2 for Linux on both machines. Service machine running MX Linux 18.4, Player machine running Linux Mint 20.3, XFCE desktops on both machines.

    The remote machine’s image freezes within under 60 seconds. Very annoying and not useful.

    This behaviour is recent and may be due to an update. Can anyone help please?

    we would need client and server logs to investigate. Please collect them by following the instructions in https://knowledgebase.nomachine.com/AR10K00697. You can send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.

    Hi,

    I’ve not had time to prepare and send the logs as requested but I have found a workaround but clicking 3 boxes in the advanced video settings as shown in the attachment.

    All is now working well.
