    Hi

No matter which option I choose, the remote cursor is always shown.

Looked through the forums and tried to disable acceleration for display processing and hardware encoding with same result, also screen recording is not enabled.

Server is MAC OS, free version, latest version (8.13.1) and also latest version in client. Tried with different clients (MAC OS, IPAD, IPHONE) and same result in all clients.

    Any further suggestion? Thanks

    Hi,

please provide some more details about the cursor problem. What is happening exactly? Can you submit a screenshot or two showing the issue?

    Hi

    Thanks for the response.

The problem is that the remote cursor is not removed when I deselect “Show remote cursor” (In the screenshot “Mostrar la posiciĆ³n del cursor remoto”, in Spanish

Please see attached screenshots of the configuration and the remote desktop with the cursor visible in IPhone client

Are you seeing the local cursor and the remote cursor?

Is it just you connecting to the remote desktop or are there other users? When there are multiple users connected, the remote cursor will show regardless of what is set in that option.

It would be useful to know the macOS version and whether it’s a headless Mac. Please also tell us the specific Mac model.

Connecting from another Mac I can see both cursors.

Attachment is connecting from IPhone, therefore there is no local cursor, I can see the remote one.

    It is just me connecting

macOS server version is 14.1.1. It is an iMac Pro, intel based.

We’re not able to reproduce it. Can you send us the server-side logs so we can check them? You can extract them using the instructions here: https://kb.nomachine.com/DT07S00243

Send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com. Please use the title of this topic as the subject of your email. Or you can attach the zip archive here. Thanks!
