    I’m brand new in NoMachine, and I’m experiencing following issue:

    – Two machines to connect to each other

    – Connection required via internet

    – Both machines running MacOS

    – NoMachine installed on both machines

    – One Mac running Big Sur, and Sonoma the other one

    – NordVPN running on both Mac-machines with NordVPN-Mesh configured

    I successfully connect from each one of the Mac-machines to the other one using NoMachine but the only thing I see is the remote display  showing the Top bar and the Desktop background. Any open windows, opened apps etc. are not showing.

    Any idea, you guys?

    Hi DigIT,

    It looks like you haven’t added the permission on “Privacy & Security” -> “Screen recording”. On Sonoma it is “Screen & System Audio Recording”.

    Please check and let us know if this solves your issue ?

    YESSSS, that was the issue!

    Both systems are connecting & displaying contents now perfectly!
