Remote log in desktop switch direction

Is there a method for a client to log in to me and then allow me to control their Mac?

I ask coz the client will be on a remote without his own access to local PF on someone else’s wifi.

At the moment it’s not possible, but in Network (see our introductory page here https://www.nomachine.com/network) there are going to be a big number of different “tricks” to always be able to connect, so router hole-punching and so on, and among them also these “inverse connections”, what you can “switch direction”. With the last step being the “connection relay”, through our servers. But these are all features that are going to be in Network, all “automatic”, as part of the service, so nothing a user will have to be aware of.
