    Hey!

So right now we are using NoMachine to control and play music through a computer which works great, but the problem is that after a random amount of time, the NoMachine client will ‘lose’ it’s resolution.

It will begin with the standard resolution, but later there will be a black border that spans about two inches into the screen from all sides and the actual desktop of the machine will be really zoomed in. The black border is blocking part of the screen so it’s almost impossible to do anything and a restart of the machine that is being remoted into will fix this issue.

But since this occurs multiple times in a day it is really annoying.

    Here is the info requested:
    – The NoMachine product is free and the latest version (5.2.21_1)
    – Physical machine
    – Both machines are on Windows 10

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi!

I’ve never heard of a similar issue. Please collect the logs as explained here: https://www.nomachine.com/DT07M00098. You can send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.
