Retina support in the UI?

Hi

As the updater with blocky fonts and icons just sprang into my face again … So as Retina displays are available on Macs for a few months now, what’s the plan to eventually make the UI look less ugly on Mac? Even on Linux with general HiDPI support this looks a lot better!

Thanks for the image. We are investigating. What’s weird is that we are not able to reproduce what you’re seeing on the Retina Macs we have here.
