I am running NoMachine on Win11 and connecting via Server 2026 and Win11. When NoMachine is running for a length of time (Over 2 hour, less than 12. I don’t have an exact number) without any input, the visual screen will freeze. You can still move the mouse and affect the system, but the screen does not show any change. Closing the connection and reconnecting resolves the issue. I have three different machines that are all having the same issue. Attached are logs for one of the systems using Standard log level.
Hi, the client-side logs you submitted show that you are using version 8. Please try updating to the latest v9 on both the client and server sides and tell us if you can reproduce the issue. If you do, we will need to see logs from both sides. Please follow the instructions here: https://kb.nomachine.com/DT08U00298. For the client side logs, please refer to Chapter 1.2 of the same document.
