cj1171ParticipantHello, I have an M1 Pro Macbook Pro and upon upgrading my client to version 8.x, connecting to other systems and trying to scroll with the trackpad gesture or a mouse wheel have stopped working. It is working on Windows to these systems as well as from an Intel Mac so it seems Apple Silicon related.

jm76430ParticipantI am also having this problem when connecting from an M1 Mac Mini using nomachine version 8.1.2 to another Mac M1 server, a Windows 11 server, and a Debian server.
Any recommendations for how to correct or work around this would be appreciated.

TorParticipantHi all. Could you please verify if the scroll in the client GUI (for example in Machines list or in connection edit) is working correctly with wheel/gestures?
September 30, 2022 at 14:39 #40463
cj1171ParticipantYes, scrolling seems to work fine in various settings panes.

jm76430ParticipantI can also confirm that scrolling works correctly in the client gui.

tbrown405ParticipantI am having the same issue on 8.1.2, however, it only becomes an issue if I three finger swipe to a different full screen application like the native mail app on MacOS and then swipe back to the NoMachine desktop. It kills all input from the mouse or keyboard. The screen is active, but I can not use my mouse or scroll.

BritgirlKeymasterHi, cj1171 and jm76430, we’d like to send you a binary which would allow us to gather some additional data. We can send you further instructions via email if you agree.
To tbrown405, this could be a different issue altogether. We’ll come back to you 🙂

cj1171ParticipantHi there! Any update on this? I never received a follow up about testing.

BritgirlKeymasterHi, we’re putting a special binary together and we’ll be in touch when it’s ready 😉 Thanks for everyone’s patience.

ptvserviceParticipantInstalled macOS Ventura. Ver. 13.0 and in NoMachine now the mouse scrolling stops working and the trackpad doesn’t work on the remote desktop either. On version 12.6.1 everything was working without any problems.

BlaiParticipantSame issue here after updating to macOS Ventura 13.0

SupaslashParticipantHello same thing here.
Auto Update during the night to Mac OS Ventura… and the mouse scrolling doesn’t work.
I’m on a MacBook Intel.

carlosg44ParticipantSame here, updated to Ventura and scrolling is not working … from MacOS connecting to a Linux machine.
